If the thermometer does not switch on, the first course of action is to check the batteries. You can do so by plugging the thermometer into a computer, using the dedicated cable that comes with the thermometer. Once plugged in, a pop-up window will appear, telling you what percentage of the battery is left. 

If the battery is still full, but the thermometer will still not turn on, there might be a different issue. Have the thermometer sent to LegionellaDossier through your legionella consultancy, we will either repair it or send you a new one. This will be free of charge if the device’s warranty has not run out yet, the period for this is 1 year.
