Once you are in the section ‘users and settings’ and you click the option ‘users’ on the panel on the left, you will get an overview of registered users for your location and which rights they have. Here, you can also afford users additional rights or remove these.
You can select several rights for each user as needed. The following rights are available:
Inspector: a user given these rights can use all functionalities of the app as well as viewing and editing the Risk Analysis.
Manager: a user given these rights can use all functionalities of the app, apart from viewing or editing the Risk Analysis.
First person in charge of location: is allowed to add users, assign tasks and upload documents. This is also the first person to be contacted when tasks are not being executed. Only one user can be made first person in charge.
Second person in charge of location: is allowed to add users, assign tasks and upload documents. This person will be contacted when tasks are not being executed and the first person in charge does not act. More than one user can be made second person in charge.
Vacancy management: this rights affords users the option to register and deregister unused rooms or outlets.
Document management: users given this right can upload, remove and edit documents
Document management lite: users can upload documents. They are only able to edit or remove documents they have uploaded themselves.
Clear flushing tasks: this right enables users to clear all flushing tasks, they may need to do so if their thermometer does not work or if there are several water outlets in one room.
Sensor management: users have the right to have new sensors installed, switch tasks for the sensors on and off and view temperature measurements. They can also check when a sensor was last online.
The options for first and second person in charge should always be filled. If you want to remove a user with these responsibilities, you should transfer these to another user first.
