Under the subhead ‘users and settings’, you will also find the client’s (payment) information. The name and address of the location can be modified here, but this will only be visible in the app and on the website, the original name will still appear on reports.
Other task and location settings
In the vertical menu on the left-hand side, you will see the option ‘other task and location settings’. Here, you can put a location in holiday mode, display the number of water outlets per task and manage vacancies. It may be useful for technicians to have the number of outlets displayed in the app, especially for rooms containing several outlets.
In the same menu, under the label ‘vacancy options’, you can indicate whether newly generated tasks should appear immediately in the app, how long outlets should be flushed and whether vacancies may be reported by the task user through the app. You also have the option to combine all outlets in a room to just one task. This function is for now only available for flushing tasks, not for temperature measurements.
